What’s the Best Sticker Manufacturer for Small Business Owners?

I get asked all the time, "Who makes your stickers?"—so I figured it was time to answer that question in one place! As my sticker-related blog posts have been gaining more traction lately, I thought it would be helpful to share some insight into the manufacturers I use and what I look for in a good sticker partner. Whether you’re a fellow small business owner, an artist thinking about turning your work into stickers, or just curious about the behind-the-scenes process, this blog is for you!

As a small business owner, every detail matters—from the designs I create to the partners I choose to work with. That’s why I wanted to be up front and share a shift I made in how I source my stickers and why it means so much to me, my brand, and the values I stand by. I’ll be honest - I switched sticker manufacturers a while ago now and touched upon it on social media, but I get asked all the time who I use to print my stickers so I thought I would share here on a blog.

For a long time, I ordered my stickers from Sticker Mule. Their print quality was solid and they offered smaller, sample size orders for a decent price. I want to quickly note that I don’t have a ton of experience with many other sticker manufacturers and I’m sure there are others who offer better quality for a higher price point, but these are my experiences and I wanted to share them.

My Quick Review of Sticker Blitz

Switching to Sticker Blitz has been a really positive experience for me. Their sticker quality is definitely up there in terms of vibrant colors and durable vinyl, though slightly thinner than Sticker Mule. I haven’t noticed any real difference in durability despite them being the fact. Their turnaround time and shipping speed is absolutely incredible in comparison to Sticker Mule. There were times I’d wait 2 weeks for my order from Sticker Mule but Sticker Blitz will have my order to me in 2-3 days most of the time.

As far as minimum order goes, this is the biggest deciding factor for me. I need a smaller order minimum than 50 stickers. I know it might not be more cost effective in the end as far as bulk pricing goes, but this is what works the best for me right now.

I sell 30+ different stickers and to have to order a minimum of 50 at most places, I’d be spending SO much money at a time. Some of my stickers don’t even sell that well so I would be stuck with inventory I don’t necessarily want to keep on hand anymore. Every time I’ve ordered, they’ve tossed in a couple of extras, whether it be because they don’t want to waste the space/materials, but it is so helpful. There are usually 19 or 20 stickers rather than 15.
