Return & Exchange Policy
At Sage & Oak, every piece is handmade with care. I want you to feel happy and confident in your purchase, so I do my best to make returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.
Exchanges
Wear & Tear Replacements: If your earrings become worn or damaged from regular use, I’m happy to provide a replacement upon request. Please reach out with details and photos, and I’ll work with you on a solution.
Exchanges are subject to availability, since each piece is handmade and may be one-of-a-kind.
If the same style is not available, I’ll do my best to provide a comparable replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are available if you return earrings that arrive broken or damaged.
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos so I can assist you quickly.
To receive a refund, the item must be mailed back in its original packaging.
Once the return is received, I will issue your refund to your original payment method.
Additional Notes
For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for other reasons, such as personal preference.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives broken or damaged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
